There is no size on the tag, this looks like it would fit 2T/3T. Vintage sizing runs small. Please compare measurements to a favorite dress:

Chest (underarm to underarm): 11" across
Waist (across the front): 10.25"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 9.75"
Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 20.25"

Shirt - 
Chest (underarm to underarm): 11" across
Waist (across the front): 11"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 9.75"
Sleeve Length: 8"
Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 10.5"

Condition: The shirt has small yellow stains around the collar and on the sleeves and upper back, they are untreated. Elastic in the sleeves is dried out. No stains or holes. Has a vintage storage odor. See all photos for condition.
