Beautiful and sweet UN DEUX TROIS party dress with incredible design/craftsmanship made in the USA.

Field of ombréd blue chiffon ribbon made into appliqué flowers, adorned with sequins and embroidery detailing. (Sadly, my photos couldn't capture the full effect).

There are two layers of soft 100% polyester fabric under the embellished tulle skirt.

Body of dress is made of Poly/Spandex.
