Amazing dress from Japanese brand, Tago! It has a stretchy gold top & the most amazing village print hand printed skirt! Skirt is a full circle so has amazing spinning ability! It also has little gold decorative buttons & feather lace trim. It’s listed as a size 120 & fits like a 7/8. In great shape with minor wear & one decorative button is coming loose (see pic).
