stunning hand smocked dress by Sarah Louise. this would be perfect for Easter! the details on the orange-peachish flowers are gorgeous! pale green scalloped detail around collar and around bottom. buttons in the back and even the buttons have the hand done flowers! has 2 loops to tie a bow in the back but I don't want to thread those or tie them to keep them for wrinkling. fully lined. I don't see any flaws or stains.
