Beautiful bubble by Rylee and Cru, from an older season and made in USA. Size 18-24m. NFO but always washed cold and hung to dry here. Fits tts IMO (eta; just found out it might run small compared to the 12/18 see photo of measurement). Has the tiniest hole by the snaps. Arrived to us that way and never got worse. Also I have found two spots on it but they are not noticeable when wearing IMO. It's possible because of the white that there are other spots I haven't seen but I've looked very closely. Overall it looks great, one of my favorite rylee and cru pieces!
