Hi, Even though the company said it’s a large toddler, after really looking at it, I’m going to say no. I’ve added pictures where I measured it with a tape measure. It’s about 18” circumference. I hope that helps. Apologies for my delay in getting back to you.

This hat can be worn while playing at the beach or at the pool or just to keep the sun out of your little one's eyes while outside playing. The size on the tag indicates Size 48(L). Spoke with the company and that is a large toddler size. I have added pictures where I measured with a tape measure if that helps anyone.
