This Girls Lacy Gracie Top is a handmade original, requiring many hours of collecting, designing, piecing, and constructing. The top portion of this top is a reclaimed, girls, Old Navy, button-up, tuxedo top. It is a size x-small, made from 100% Cotton. Vintage buttons have replaced the originals. The collar and sleeve have been adorned with vintage, crocheted trim, applied with decorative hand-stitching for added detail. Trim created from layering fabric and lace scraps and attaching it with decorative stitching, embellishes the front side of the empire waist. The back features a chain of vintage rosettes machine and hand-stitched. Vintage linens and vintage handmade trims were assembled to create a full, flowing shirt. The top is detailed in various places with vintage, crocheted pieces. The Lacy Gracie Top is fun, versatile piece. It is darling paired with legging, capris, or jeans. This one of a kind piece is made from freshly laundered materials and come from a smoke-free environment.

The Story:
Each Rethreaded Original is individually designed and crafted using recycled or reclaimed clothing with vintage and sometimes new textiles. Each re-imagined garment is completely unique. Character is achieved through Fraying, raw edges, and imperfections. These are intentional elements of the overall design. These transformed pieces follow the concept and philosophy of garments seen by companies like Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Anthropology, but in a pint size version and occasionally in mom sizes too. This form of conscious, sustainable fashion is a way of up-cycling, recycling and striving for zero-waste. These garments are 100% creative, made uniquely with love.
