These super sweet shorts are a smoky cornflower blue. They have a ruffle down the front of each leg with a little v scallop at the hem. They are in VGUC in terms of condition, but there is a significant irregularity between the v shapes on the front (see photo.) Lulu + Roo is now Little Road Co.
