Vintage white dress sandals by Rachel brand

Rachel brand of little girl/ infant dress shoes are still manufactured
The band running accross the foot area is made of a holographic fabric which looks cool with the white patent leather (definitely circa 2000)
These belonged to my daughter 20 years ago
They've been carefully stored
Worn only once & as you can see the soles are near perfect
No size was reflecting on the sandals so I measured the inner heal to toe which is almost 5 1/4” or infant size 6
These are marked “good” merely because the patent leather shows a few crinkles due to age
Actually the crinkles are hardly noticeable
There are a couple small scuffs on the inner heels
