I think it is but I can’t remember for sure off hand. It’s in a bin, I’ll get it out and double check😉

@erikah OK, the body of the coat is fleece lined but the arms are the same nylon material as the inside of the hood. I’ll add pictures to the listing

GAP warmest puffer coat, champagne color. Small mark on left sleeve, have not tried to treat it. Super warm. Covers their bottom which I love for cold winters!
