This is a colorful skirt with a gummy bear print. It has big rainbow striped pockets in the sides. There is a hole near the waistband on the front and some untreated black marks on the back of the waistband (see photos.) It does not have a brand or size tag. When held up to other skirts, I seems to be about a 3. Laid flat it measures 8 1/2” across the waist and is 10” long.
