Description

Pippa & Julie blue and white striped dress, size 4. Peterpan collar, ruffles, fully lined which makes it super full. The lining looks like it's hanging below the hem of the dress, but I don't remember that being an issue when it was actually being worn. See last two photos, slight discolored marks. Have not tried treating. Was always hung to dry.
