Tagged a size 4 but runs small especially on length. Lining inside is slightly pilly see pics. Minor wash wear on collar(see last pic) Beautiful with denim blue tights. Fabric is brushed cotton. There is a tiny blue mark on the color but when I went to treat it I think it's actually Part of the fabric as it's stitched in.
