Pair of Adult Costume Plastic Hula Skirts - 2 Colors, New

All skirts are the same size, but with an adjustable elastic waistband, that includes a Velcro tab closure. The waistline can be changed between 23 inches up to 43 inches. The Velcro closure makes it much easier to get in and out of the skirt (No need to step into these skirts! Just wrap the waistband around your waist, fasten the Velcro tabs at a width that you are comfortable with, and you are all set!) There are 12 polyester flowers (about 2.5" in diameter each) in assorted colors sewn around the entire waistband on all skirts.
