UK brand Sew Heart felt ..Made by hand with organic wool. Beautiful wool swans with bells on the crowns. In used condition. I found some light colored stains where the head is. One feather is a bit loose and missing a few bells (could easily be replaced). Made of felt so it does attract fuzz. The bottom (grey) felt has pulled loose but doesn't affect wear (see pics).
