Description

Custom made super twirly dress!
It comes with black bloomers with lace accent and matching headwrap.
I believed the ruffles are of vintage lace and vintage front buttons.
It has Peter Pan collar with lace trim, puffed sleeves, elastic waist and buttons down in the back.
My daughter wore this when she was 5.
This is vintage length so please go by measurements:
Shoulder to hem: 20”
Pit to pit: 12”
