Description

Tank top with adjustable straps. A ruffle runs across the tank and is meant to lay on the sides of arms. My daughter didn't care for this, so she just took her arms out of that part and let the ruffle hang down off her arms. Just as cute. Worn twice. The only strange thing is that when I bought it, the little adjustable plastic-thing on only one of the straps is facing the wrong way. It can probably be flipped over, but I don't feel like messing with it. Lightweight with bright colors.
