I bought several (one for my daughter and the other 3 for my nieces) of these from a retailer and didn't realize at the time I purchased that they were still waiting on their shipment and didn't have them ready to ship. We were having family photos made and they didn't make it in time so we had to go with another print. The packages have not been opened and are brand new, however since they came from a retailer, they only come with the swaddle in cellophane packaging. NO HEADBAND IS INCLUDED..

We ended up keeping ours because once my daughter grew out of the swaddle phase, I found out I could use the them as a light blanket. They are also great to use in the car and for when you can't score a Patoo :)
