NWT (we did try it on) Disney Junior Swim Vest 33-45lbs, size is small-medium. My daughter weighs 40lbs and it's too snug she says, I know they are supposed to fit more snug 🤷‍♀️so I'd say 33-38lbs for comfort. Small mark on the back.
