This is a gorgeous dress for the holidays! It has tons of twirl and a festive color combo. The dress looks fabulous except for a tiny worn spot on the front of the waistline (see photo.) There is also possibly garment dye bleeding on the tag. Size 3 - laid flat it measures 9 1/2 armpit to armpit and it is 19 1/2” long.
