This is a lovely sundress that has a light blue print with colorful flowers all over it. It has a big ruffle around the top, a smocked waist, and big pockets on the sides. This dress is in VGUC with slight signs of wash and wear and a tiny spot on the front (see photo.) It is from the Hello Lovely Spring 2015 Collection. We also have this in a size 2.
