This is a lovely paneled Ellie with tons of twirl! It has prints of gingham, dancers on horses, roses, floral fronds, and diagonal stripes. There are leaves on the roundabout straps and cherries on the sash. Ticket stub ribbon trims half of the bottom of the dress. This dress is new and comes in the bag. I took it out of the bag to steam for photos. It is from the It's A Wonderful Parade Spring 2014 Collection.
