This tank is adorable! It is navy blue and has a starburst bib with a feather print ruffle around it. Sparkly buttons adorn the center. It looks very good overall, but there is some untreated staining on the bib (see photo.) This is from the Paint By Numbers Fall 2013 Collection. We also have this in a size 4.
