This dress is so pretty! It has an exotic floral skirt with a geo print panel and ribbon on the hemline. The top has a polka dot print with a button embellished bib. The dress is in EUC, but the size and materials tags have been removed, so it is listed in VGUC. It is the same size and shape as another dress from this collection in a size two. Measurements laid flat are 10 1/2” armpit to armpit and 20” long. This dress is from the Friends Forever Fall 2013 Collection.
