This top is so lovely and is full of flower blooms for spring and summer. It has a ribbon with positive messages trimming the bottom. This top is listed in GUC due to a few flaws. It has a couple of pin holes on the edge of the green ruffle by the left strap. It has an untreated stain on the front, and it has a stitch that is pulled out (see photos.) It is from the Good Hart Spring 2013 Collection. We also have this in a size 12 months, 4, and 6!
