This is a very sweet top. It smocked waist and sleeves along with the ruffle trim make it so feminine and pretty. It is in very good condition, but seems to have what look like two tiny flaws in the fabric (see photos.) This shirt is a size 12 months and from the Character Counts Fall 2012 Collection. We also have this in a size 4.
