This Plum NYC tutu is adorable! There is something about a little girl in a tutu! Light pink razor back tank with buttons in the bottom for easy changing and bathroom breaks! Slight stain near the base of the tulle on the front see last picture. I didn't notice while it was being worn. I didn't try to stain treat it. Perfect for birthday, events, photos, dress up.
