JCPenny Vintage Plaid Dress Size 12 Shipped USPS First Class Mail

Plaid short sleeve dress with puff sleeve. Buttons 1/2 way, button is micro pleat & has a sweet lace bow. Lace trimmed Peter Pan collar. Somewhat reminds me of mabo... ? I just really love it! Pair with cognac leather shoes, or navy suede Mary Janes in the winter. Elastic waistband is fine.
Elastic in sleeve is not perfect, but still very wearable. No belt & very little belt loops.
Chest measures approximately 16.5”
