Adorable bright colored spring dress with cute accents like ties on shoulders. Dress and bloomers included. Tag says 18-24 months but the style was a tad long so it fit us as a 2T also. Noticed a small spot on the back when listing as well as a tiny tear near the back button. See images. Play condition due to those two things, but other than that I’d call it good used condition.
