Description

This is a cozy dress with tons of twirl. It is red with white polka dots on one side and is candy striped on the other. The polka dot side has a small black mark near the hem in the front and a small hole in the top layer of the left sleeve (see photos.) It could easily and inexpensively be upcycled with a cute holiday iron on patch over the hole, or if you prefer the stripes, you could just leave that side facing out. It still looks fantastic overall. Size 110 or 5.
