Handmade by me! Took a vintage top with cute blue kitten rose graphic and added a vintage fabric twirl skirt. Back has original tie closure. There is one faint stain underneath the kitty (pictured). Also, please see measurements. The vintage top is narrow from pit to pit, so make sure to compare to clothes you have that fit well. Please see last two photos for styling. Would be so fun as a twirly Fourth of July dress!
