Description

This is a beautiful wrap dress in a blue linen color. The inside ties with straps and the outside as well into a pretty bow. The dress actually is full and pretty to twirl in. This was handmade from a small shop but tags removed because my daughter does not like tags! The straps are delicate and started a small tear on each side (see picture). Easy fix for someone who can see and when tied you can not see it. Size 2-3
