Exterior is a Dr. Seuss woven fabric. Interior is PUL (polyurethane laminate) to contain all your wet things like dirty diapers, swim suits, and more. Machine washable. The large hanging pail is perfect to replace your diaper pail, to take on weekend trips, to use for regular laundry -- especially while traveling. It's generously sized and can hold probably more diapers than you should wash in one load. It also has a handy hanging loop that can go on a cute hook on your wall, on a dresser knob or on a doorknob.
