Giggle Moon Garden Of Eden Romper Shipped USPS First Class Mail

Romper looks very pretty overall however there is a spot on the pink ruffle on front, but it's covered by another ruffle - also there is a thread loose on the pink ruffle. I may be able to fix it if I can find matching thread, but I'm not sure I have it. These are seen in the last two photos.
The size tag was frayed and cut off but appears to fit 6-12Mo.
Generally this brand does run very big, but again, I do feel like this is a 6-12 mo - not 6-12 in the brands sizing.
