These are amazing and sadly were only worn twice as my son's daycare wanted hard sole sneakers. They are camo suede with a soft and flexible rubber sole. Info from the Freshly Picked website about them is below. They are not size 4 infant but for 1-1.5 year old and are 5.3”. They retail for $65
