The sun protection hood (for baby) unzips from a pocket on the front with snaps to attach it;

Designed for babies and toddlers 12-45 lbs with three carry positions (front, back and hip);

Can be used starting at 7lbs with the infant insert (sold separately by ergobaby, NOT included with this listing);

Lightweight design is easy to take with you on the go;

Machine washable;

We loved this carrier and it's in excellent condition!;

Only a few black scratches on one small panel (shown in close-up photo);
