Excellent little pair of stretchy red Dr Seuss leggings!! Never been worn!! - runs a little on the long side so they have been washed to see if they would shrink up a bit. These are Dr Seuss brand size O/S 3-6. There is an elastic waistband. They are a red stretchy fabric with red glitter sparkles and stars all over- see pictures above. The cuff of the legs are tulle in an aqua blue color. Super cute and Excellent for Thing 1 and Thing 2 costumes for Halloween or Dr Seuss week at school!!
