Custom made peplum top with flutter sleeves size 12 from Upper Looper. Very nice quality! Only worn a few times to school. No stains or fading. More fitted up top and flares as the waist. Features a beautiful print of Alice, the White Rabbit and the Cheshire cat. All surrounded by playing cards, flamingos, tea sets and the Mad Hatter's hat!! Is black and white striped background and trimmed everywhere with a beautiful gold glitter. Such a sweet and sophisticated print with lots of character!
