Celebration Halloween Vintage 1999 Plush Dragon Halloween Costume in great condition,except a few stains. I think stains would come out if treated in wash.

Green fleecey fabric on outside with purple center. Satiny polyester lined inside. Pullover style with hole for head and arms and sleeves. Sleeveless. Padded hooded head with metallic spikes that go all the way down back & tail that extends past costume. Head has a mouth the opens with pink felt teeth.

Tag says Dragon, but everyone else has this listed as dinosaur

Toddlers I think would fit size 3-6 best. See photos and below for measurements.
