Carters 24 Month Blue Striped Dress - this dress is absolutely adorable. Multiple layers on the bottom - tulle and cloth to make the dress poof just a bit and to protect the little legs from any scratchies. White and blue vertical pinstripes and eyelet cut in the bottom for extra detail. The hem is an exposed stitching that is scalloped. The dress is a tank dress with ruffles going down both sides of the chest. We wore this to both fun days about and also to a 'country/laid back' wedding reception.
