My mom brought back these boots for my niece from Mexico and misunderstood on size. Mexico size 21.5 They're a US size 13. The insoles measure 8 inches and outside/bottom of sole measures 9 inches. Brown synthetic leather with rubber soles. Zipper and a bit of sweater fabric on top back. These were handmade and you could see a bit of the glue used around bottom where soles meet up with leather. They're way too small for us.
