What a beautiful white flutter sleeve leotard! Just looks adorable under a Suspender skirt and is a perfect addition to any little girls wardrobe. It is white cotton, with double mesh sleeves, no snaps. Minimal ww and an extremely faint mark on the back, I will try to get out and update if I can... barely seen in last picture). Tag reads 2-3, but definitely runs small. I'd say best close to 18m - 24m give or take.
