This is the magical Delphine Party Dress by Mustard Pie from their 2015 Holiday Collection, First Snow for size 8. The dress is new with tags, and originally retailed for $76. It seems to be sold out everywhere.
The short sleeve dress is 100% woven cotton in black, gray, ivory, and red. Ruffles and dripping with lace, a sash to tie around her waist, rosettes and layers.
I have been selling children's clothing since 2005. My daughter was the best dressed kid in the neighborhood. Around the time I discovered Mustard Pie, she said she only wanted to wear jeans and t-shirts from then on. My heart was broken. Parents, if you can, I know it's pricey, dress her in clothing like this before it's too late and she turns her nose up at it!
